Does the Creator use a magic wand?

This posts significance in relation to atheism or theism only depends on whether or not you have already come to the conclusion that the Divine operates by snapping their fingers or waving around a magic wand or something, as opposed to using methods that utilize the laws that the Creator likely designed. It would be somewhat ridiculous to me for the Creator to make a whole bunch laws (the laws of physics etc.) and then break them all to do things.
If you weren't working under thr premise that the Creator breaks laws that the Creator likely made, or weren't working under the premise that the creator made things with a magic wand or whatever, then the post could be restated thusly:
"We used to think that the Creator operated outside of consistent laws and observable methods, but now it is evident that the Creator utilizes these things rather than working around them."
Or
"We used to think that the Creator operated manually, now it appears that the designs of the designer are such that they operate without manual interactions, demonstrating their complexity."
If a boat has an autopilot system, this is not evidence that it was not built or that there is no pilot. It is evidence that the pilot has advanced technology.
What is more complex: A chair or a chair that can transform into a car? What is more complex: a single celled organism, or a single celled organism that can transform into a more intricate multicellular organism?
If the creator utilized evolution, or designed biological machines that had the capacity to evolve, this would be evidence of higher intelligence.
